Please refer to our spa refund policy prior to booking any services.

At IntegraLife Spa, we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment.

We offer individual as well as package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.

Once services are purchased, they are nonrefundable; however, to ensure our clients always have the best experience at IntegraLife, the cash equivalent of any remaining unused service value may be applied to other services.

We are committed to practicing with integrity and honesty in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science, and how one may respond to a given treatment varies from person to person.

It is virtually impossible to predict results; therefore, payments for services are for treatments to be performed, not necessarily for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.

Products

Skincare may be refunded or exchanged if it is unopened and within 14 days of purchase; if applicable, a credit card fee may be deducted.

ID Skincare is not eligible for a refund; exchange only.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Jewelry

May be exchanged or replaced, if possible, within 30 days of purchase.

If refunded, then a credit card fee will be deducted if applicable.
